Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : Tenderers must have the registration in the E-GP portal and legal capacity to enter the Contract under the Applicable Law and in support of their qualification; the tenderer must submit the following documents with their e-tender:1. Valid Trade License of the fiscal year 2025-2026;2. Income Tax Clearance Certificate / Return Acknowledgement for the tax year 2024-2025 / 2025-2026;3. Valid VAT Registration Certificate (13 Digit BIN).4. The Tenderer shall have general experience in the supply of goods and related services under at least one (1) successful contract in the last five (5) years of IFT from government / semi-government / autonomous / state-owned organizations.5. The Tenderer shall have specific experience in the Supply of tyres / spares of vehicles under at least one (1) successful contract in the last five (5) years of IFT from government / semi-government / autonomous / state-owned organizations.6. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk 8,00,000.00 (Eight Lakh). The liquid asset certificate must be issued after the publication date of IFT in the e-GP System.Without one of these, the tender will be considered non-responsive.
