Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. Up to date Trade Licence2. Up to date Income Tax Certificate3. VAT Registration Certificate4. Up to date Bank Solvency mentioning the requisite amount of Liquid Asset5. Brand, Type, Model & Country of Origin must be mentioned along with the Technical Offer.6. Detailed Specifications must be mentioned in the Technical Schedule. If the Bidder writes ‘as per CUFL requirements- in the "Full Detailed Technical Specifications and Standards offered" Column, then his/her bid will be treated straightly non-responsive.7. The Bidder must submit an Authorization Letter from the Manufacturer-s Local Agent in Bangladesh and in support of that, they have to submit Manufacturer-s Authorization Certifcate in favor of the Local Agent. The Agent must confirm that the items will be supplied from their store.8. The Invoice/Challan issued by the Manufacturer-s Local Agent should be submitted at the time of delivery of the Goods.9. The Bearings & Induction Bearing Heater must be manufactured in the EU, Japan, India, Korea or Portugal.10. Suffixes may vary according to the Brand.11. The Brand of the Goods should be Schaeffler, FAG, SKF or NSK.12. Delivery Period : 90 (Ninety) Days from the issuance of Purchase Order.13. Successful bidder has to supply full quantities included in the Lot. Otherwise, full Performance Security will be forfeited.14. Partial delivery and Partial Payment are not allowed.
