VAT registration certificate.4. Photocopy of national ID.5. The tenderer Should have Bank solvency certificate issued by any scheduled bank6.Manufacturer-s name, model number, Brand name and country of origin must be mentioned in the offer.7.Bill of Entry & shipping documents must be submitted at the time of delivery of goods.8.Model must be marked on the body of goods (as standard label).9.Necessary catalogue must be supplied with the offer in English language.10.The supplied items must be fully complied as per technical specification and must match (without any modification) with GPFPLC existing system.11.Bidder must clearly mention all specifications individually again tender schedule specifications.
