Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. Valid Trade License, Up to date Tax pay Certificate and VAT Registration Certificate, NID card must be submitted. 2. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods as Supplier shall be 03 (Three) years. Year counting backward from the Tender publication date in e-GP. 3. The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar nature of Goods of at least 01 (One) contract successfully completed within the last 05 (Five) years, with a value of at least Tk. 53.00 Lakh. Year counting backward from the Tender publication date in e-GP.4. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 70.00 Lakh only. The issue date of bank Certificate/Statement/Bank Guarantee must be within tender publication date to closing date in e-GP. 5. In case of direct import by the bidder, bidder-s decleration letter must be submitted with import documents. In case of buying goods from the importer, the bidder must submit the Importer-s authorization letter with other necessary documents.6.
