Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. Detailed technical specification with manufacturer name, brandname,model name and country of origin must be mentioned by the bidder.2. Model must be marked on the body of goods (as standard label)3. One year warranty after confirmation of quality certificate from GPFPLC.10% taka of Total value will be deducted for One year warranty period from the date confirmation of quality certificate as retention money. After the warranty period the security deposit will be returned without interest as per the rules.4. The bidder must submit a colour-printed or original catalogue of the item along with the technical Offer.5. The supplied items must be fully complied as per technical specification (electrical and dimensionally) and must match (without any modification) with GPFPLC existing system.6. Bidder must clearly mention all specifications individually again tender schedule specifications. Any short term or “As per Schedule” will not be considered.7. Partial payment shall not be allowed.
