Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1) Manufacturer-s letter of Authorization (LOA) from the Manufacturer/ Distributor shall be provided along with the offer.2) At least one end user certificate/supply record for government or semi-government organization shall be provided along with the offer where supplier successfully supplied related goods, not less than 30 (Thirty) lac.3) Supervision Fire Alarm System for government or semi-government organization with NFPA 72 Training certificate on Fire Alarm System with System Manufacturer shall be provided along with the offer.4) Item No 1 to 19 must be must be fully complied as per technical specification and matched (without any modification) with GPFPLC existing Fire alarm system and operate as plug & play basis.5) Minimum 01 (one) years of warranty certificate must be provided along delivery of goods.6) Supplier must have arrange In House Training for the configuration of smoke detector, SCU,NIU,MCU,PSU, Heat Detector ,TRM, SCM , DCM MOM,SCI,7) Manufacturer Brochure/Catalog must be supplied along with the offer. Supplied model should be clearly marked on Brochure/Catalog.8) Manufacturer should confirm the genuinity of the Items which to be supplied for the project.9) Goods delivery confirmation Certificate from Manufacturer/Chanel Partner/Authorized Distributor must be supplied at the time of material delivery
