Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. Up to date Trade Licence2. Up to date Income Tax Certificate3. VAT Registration Certificate4. Up to date Bank Solvency mentioning the requisite amount of Liquid Asset5. Manufacturer-s Authorization Letter in favor of the bidder must be submitted along with the offer. The letter shall clearly mention that the Sewing Thread (White) is made of 14 (Fourteen) plies.6. Detailed Specifications must be mentioned in the Technical Schedule. If the bidder writes ‘as per CUFL's requirements- in the "Full Detailed Technical Specifications and Standards offered" Column, then his/her bid will be treated straightly non-responsive.7. Brand, Type, Model & Country of Origin (if applicable) to be mentioned in the Technical Offer.8. The bidders have to submit a sample of 1 (One) Cone (1 kg) of Sewing Thread (White) within 3 (Three) working days from the date of Tender Opening. Otherwise, tender will be rejected. 9. The bidder must submit at least 1 (One) Experience Certificate issued by any Government, Semi-Government or Government Corporation confirming successful supply of Sewing Thread valued at not less than Tk. 5000000/- (Fifty Lakh only) under a single Purchase Order within the last 5 (Five) years.10.
