Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : Eligibility of Tenderer:The Tenderer shall have minimum 10 (Ten) years overall experience for supply of materials and related services (years will be counting backward from the date of submission of tender).The minimum specific experience as supplier in supply of similar materials and related services of at least One contracts successfully completed within the last 05(five) years, each with a value of at least BDT 4,00,000.00.In case the Tenderer is not manufacturer of the offered goods (ABC&E dry powder, CO2, Foam etc) a certificate from the manufacturer to the effect that the tenderer has been duly authorised by manufacturer or producer to supply the goods to the purchaser-s country. Tenderer shall have valid BSTI License with own factory/refilling facility. Tenderer shall have Bangladesh Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (BCSIR) Invention Phosphate base Chemical valid Lease Document and submit the ABC Dry powder Chemical Test Report by BCSIR.Tenderer shall have Must have a valid Trade license, Tax Identification Number (TIN) and VAT registration number.Tenderer shall have Valid Licence of Fire Service and Civil Defense.Tenderer shall have Valid Licence of BSCIC (If the supplier supplies the goods made in his Local factory/own factory).The Tenderer shall have the minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or Credit line(s), net, or other contractual is Tk.4,00,000.00 (Four Lac).
