Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1) At least two end user certificate shall be provided along with the offer where supplier successfully supplied related goods, not less than 15(fifteen) lac.2) Item No 1, 2, 3,4 & 8 must be configured and should match with our existing IP PABX, Access Point & LAN system and operate as plug & play basis .3) Minimum 01 (one) years of warranty certificate must be provided along with supply the goods.10% taka of Total value will be deducted for One year warranty period from the date confirmation of quality certificate as retention money. After the warranty period the security deposit will be returned without interest as per the rules4) Supplier must have arrange In House Training for the configuration of supplied Access Point & Configurable Switch.5) Manufacturer Brochure/Catalog must be supplied along with the offer. Supplied model should be clearly marked on Brochure/Catalog.6) Item no 14 & 15 commissioning and on job training shall be performed.7.Bidder must clearly mention all specifications individually again tender schedule specifications. Any short term or “As per Schedule” will not be considered. 8. It-s a Lot Tender of multi items. The Bidder must be careful for quoting against every single item.
