Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. Up To Date Trade license.2. Up to date income tax certificate (TIN).3. VAT registration certificate.4. Photocopy of national ID5 . Supplier shall submit a declaration in their letter Head Pad to this effect that they will supply all original goods from authorized distributor. If the owner finds the supplied goods are not from authorized distributor then they will be bound to replace it at owner's satisfaction within the following 10 days in their own responsibility.6. Distributor Authorization for all cartridge, ink and photocopier ink have to be submitted along with the offer.7. Performance security will be 10% of the quoted value. It will be returned to the supplier after successful completion of delivery and bill payment.8. Bidder must submit 2 (Two) end use certificate that they have successfully supplied above related goods in the last two years in the end user's letterhead pads where end user's details communicating address along with email and mobile number shall be mentioned9. The successful bidder shall be provide delivery challan from authorized distributor at the time delivery of goods. 10. All other commercial terms and conditions of tender enquiry should be followed by bidder.11. Incomplete offer shall be rejeated directly.
