  Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. Manufacturer-s name, model no., Brand name and country of origin / Manufacturing Country must be mentioned in the offer. Multiple brand or multiple country of origin /Manufacturing country mentioned by bidder in the offer not acceptable.2. The tenderer must submit a manufacturing confirmation certificate from manufacturer/ Authorized Distributor of Manufacturer/ Channel Partner of Manufacturer in terms of the goods strictly confirming to the quality and quantity stipulated and a manufacturer test report (if any) with the detailed address at the time of material delivery. Buyer reserves the right to check and verify the confirmation certificate.3. Country of Origin (COO) Certificate must be submitted along with goods for all items.4. At least 2 (Two) proven certificate or end user certificates must be submitted with their letter head pad where Telephone number, Fax number, E-mail with full mailing address by the Tenderer from Fertilizer Factory, Petrochemical Industries or Power Plant confirming the supply of Instrument Related goods.5. Model/Brand/ Manufacturing Country must be marked on the body/Name Plate of goods as per standard.6. Necessary Catalogue must be supplied with the offer in English language.7.
