Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. The tenderer shall be a manufacturer or authorized representative/Exclusive Agent of a manufacturer. Authorization Letter from Dealer/Trading House will not be accepted. 2. The tenderer shall have a minimum of 05 (five) years of general experience in the supply of goods & related services.3. The tenderer shall have specific experience of satisfactory completion of supply of similar goods (2.0 Cusec Low Lift Pump-Motor set) of minimum Tk. 85.0 lakh under a single contract in the last 03 (three) years in any Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous organization. 4. In all cases, the experience/completion certificate issuing officer shall not below the rank of an Executive Engineer & years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.5. The tenderer shall have a valid ISO 9001:2015 (or updated) certificate in case of the tenderer is an authorized representative of the manufacturer. The manufacturer should have valid ISO 9001:2015 (or updated) & ISO 14001:2015 (or updated) certificate.6. The manufacturer must be CE Certified.7. The tenderer shall submit sample of one set of Centrifugal Pump-Motor with feeder cable and a complete set of Star-Delta starter with manufacturer/factory test report at Rajshahi Regional Store, BMDA,Rajshahi. Receipt of sample submission must be enclosed with the tender.8. Tenderer shall have Valid & updated trade license, income tax clearance certificate, TIN certificate, VAT registration certificate, IRC Certificate.9. Other information-s mentioned at TDS, PCC, Technical Specifications and Special terms & conditions of the tender document.
