Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : Following documents to be furnished by the tenderer :Tenderer shall submit with its e-Tender the following additional documents:1. Up To Date Trade license.2. Up to date income tax certificate (TIN).3. VAT registration certificate.4. Photocopy of national ID5. All items shall be considered as a lot.6. Tools Specific Brand Name and Specific Country of origin must be mentioned individually for each item along with the offer.7. Tools related printed catalogue has to be submitted along with the offer.8. Bidder must clearly mention all specifications individually against tender schedule specifications. Any short term or “As per Schedule” will not be considered.9. Bidder must submit authorization letter from the Tools Manufacturer/Manufacturer-s nominated Export House/Trading House or Distributor for offered items along with the offer, where Telephone number, Fax number, E-mail with full mailing address must be mentioned as proven source of goods.10. Bidder must submit confirmation Letter regarding submission of the shipping documents from manufacturing country to Bangladesh during supply of the goods.11. Qc will be Issued after Material Checked by PMI Machine.
