Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : Authorization letter form manufacturer must be submitted along with bidding documents that should be issued in favor of GPFPLC.Manufacturer-s Name, Model number, Brand name and Country of Origin must be mentioned in the offer.Country of Origin Certificate and Bill of entry must be submitted along with the goods.At least 2 (Two) proven end user certificate must be submitted with the offer for government, semi-government or autonomous organization confirming the supply of similar goods.Model/Part Number, Brand and COO must be marked on the body of goods Catalogue must be supplied with the offer in English language.All supplied items must be fully complied as per technical specification and must match (Without any modification) with GPFPLC existing system.Manufacturer Test certificate/Calibration certificate, Operation & Maintenance manual must be supplied in English language along with goods.
