Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. Up to date Trade Licence2. Up to date Income Tax Certificate3. VAT Registration Certificate4. Up to date Bank Solvency mentioning the requisite amount of Liquid Assets5. The Bidder must submit Manufacturer-s Authorization Certificate in favor of them and Manufacturer-s Lab Test Report/Certrificate of Purity must be submitted along with Offer. The Certificates will include Name, Designation & Contact Details of the Responsible Official.6. Challlan issued by the Manufacturer is to be submitted at the time of delivery of the Goods.7. Detailed Specifications must be mentioned in the Technical Schedule. If the Bidder writes ‘as per CUFL requirements- in the "Full Detailed Technical Specifications and Standards offered" Column, then his/her bid will be treated straightly non-responsive.8. The Bidders have to mention the Item-s Brand, Type, Model & Country of Origin (if applicable) in the Technical Offer9. Delivery Period : 45(Fourty) Days from the issuance of Purchase Order.10. Successful bidder has to supply full quantities included in the Lot. Otherwise, full Performance Security will be forfeited.11. Partial delivery and Partial Payment are not allowed.
