INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

Eligibility of Tenderer : a) The Tenderer shall have a minimum of five (5) years of overall experience in the role of Contractor, Subcontractor, or management contractor. Years shall be counting backward from the date of closing of the tender.b) (i) Tenderer shall have experience of successfully completing at least one (1) contract that is similar to the proposed contract where the Tenderer-s participation (as single entity or leading partner/partner of JVCA or management contractor or subcontractor) shall be minimum USD 8.5 (Eight point Five) million outside the Tenderer-s own country during the last five (5) years, years counting backward from the publication of IFT in the newspaper. The similarity of the Tenderer-s participation shall be based on the physical size of at least 40,000 (Forty thousand) nos. of prepaid gas meter with associated system on EPC/Turn-Key basis. (ii) The minimum specific experience of the Tenderer/Manufacturer or their JVCA partner/sub-contractor in network building, database-oriented software, Hardware & Software integrated and interfaced software making of which is in operation or in supply and installation of web-based pre-payment metering system in Gas/Electricity company within last 05 ...
