Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. Up to date Trade Licence, IT Certificate & Bank Solvency Certificate mentioning the requisite amount of Liquid Asset2. VAT Registration Certificate3. Brand, Type, Model & Country of Origin to be mentioned in the Technical Offer.4. Detailed Specifications must be mentioned in the Technical Schedule. If the bidder writes ‘as per CUFL-s requirements- in the 'Full Detailed Technical Specifications and Standards offered' column, then his/her bid will be treated straightly non-responsive.5. Manufacturer-s Authorization Letter in favor of the Bidder to be submitted along with the offer.6. Manufacturer-s Certificate of Analysis (CoA) must be submitted along with the Technical Offer. Technical Scrunity will be carried out based on the submitted CoA and the Sample provided. The CoA must clearly mention the Name & Designation of the Chemist and the date of issuance of the Certificate shall not be older than 15 days from the Tender Date.7. The Bidders have to submit 1 kg of Sample of Caustic Soda within 3 working days from the date of Tender Opening.8. The bidder must submit at least 1 Experience Certificate issued by any Govt., Semi-Govt. or Govt. Corporation confirming that the bidder has successfully completed the supply of Caustic Soda with a value of at least Tk. 58,80,000/- under a single PO within the last 5 years.9. Successful Bidder must supply full quantities within 3 Lots (Max)....
