  Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. Up to date Trade Licence2. Up to date Income Tax Certificate3. VAT Registration Certificate4. Up to date Bank Solvency mentioning the requisite amount of Liquid Asset5. Brand, Type, Model & Country of Origin (if applicable) to be mentioned in the Technical Offer.6. Detailed Specifications must be mentioned in the Technical Schedule. If the Bidder writes as per CUFL requirements in the "Full Detailed Technical Specifications and Standards offered" Column, then his/her bid will be treated straightly non-responsive.7. Manufacturer-s Authorization Letter in favor of Bidder to be submitted along with the offer.8. Manufacturer-s Certificate of Analysis must be submitted along with the Technical Offer. Technical Security will be done on the basis of submitted Certificate of Analysis and Sample. Analysis Certificate will include Name & Designation of the Chemist and Certificate Date should not be 15 (Fifteen) days older than the Tender Date.9. The Bidders have to submit 01 (One) kg of Sample of Caustic Soda within 03 (Three) working days from the date of Tender Opening.10. The Bidder must submit an Experience Certificate from any Government, Semi- Government/Corporation stating that they have successfully completed the supply of 100 Metric Tons of Caustic Soda in One Purchase Order in the last 03 (Three) years.11. Successful Bidder must supply full quantities within 03 (Three) Lots (Maximum). Otherwise, full Performance Security will be forfeited.12. Partial Payment wont be allowed. The Payment for full quantities will be made by a single Cheque/DD.13. Delivery Period : 30 (Thirty) Days from the issuance of Purchase Order.
