  Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1) Valid Trade Licence, TIN number, VAT Registration, Nationality, & Business address, Declaration about legal capacity to enter in to the contract.Special Instruction: (Please Read)1) Payment will be made subject to the availability of fund. No claim in this regard will be entertained.2) Continuation of Supply could not be hampered for the reason of insufficient Budget Provision & Fund Allocation. The Supply must be completed within the stipulated time failure of which action will be taken as per Tender Clause & PPR-2025.3) The Procuring entity reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Tenders without assigning any reason whatsoever.4) Latest circular of CPTU and BWDB shall be implied.5) After completion of the tender opening process, only downloaded documents of the tenderer from egp portal shall be treated as submitted documents.6) The Supplier shall Provide Brochure, Operational manual, Warrenty card etc. with the supplied goods.
