07 only)must be submitted in English language along with bidding documents that should be issued in favor of GPFPLC.02. Manufacturer-s Name, Model number, Brand name and Country of Origin must be mentioned in the offer.03. Country of Origin (COO) Certificate must be submitted along with the goods.04. Up to date import Registration Certificate (IRC) of the tenderer must be supplied along with the offer.05. Model/Part Number, Brand and COO must be marked on the body of goods (As standard label).06. Necessary catalogue must be supplied with the offer in English language.07. All supplied items must be fully complied as per technical specification and must match (Without any modification) with GPFPLC existing system.08. Instruction/Operation & Maintenance manual must be supplied in English language along with goods.09. Minimum one year warranty after confirmation of quality certificate (QC).10. All item should be plug & play (Including successor item).11. The tenderer must submit a goods delivey confermation letter from goods manufacfacturer/ distributer infavour of GPFPLC at the time of material delivery..
