Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : Tenderer shall have to submit a valid and up-to-date Trade License, Income Tax Certificate (TIN) and VAT Registration Certificate (BIN).Tenderer shall have minimum liquid assets, working capital or credit line(s), or any combination thereof, not less than BDT 50,00,000 (Fifty Lakh), certified by a Scheduled Bank as annual turnover for the last twelve (12) months.Tenderer shall have experience completing at least one (01) contract for the supply of industrial batteries to the Government, Semi-Government, Autonomous Bodies, or reputed Private Organizations within the last Five (5) years, and having with a minimum contract value of BDT 24,00,000 (Twenty-Four Lakh).Tenderer shall have to submit a Manufacturer-s Authorization Letter or its Authorized Distributor.Others as per TDS.
