  Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : The tenderer shall submit authorization letter from the Manufacturer or Direct Subsidiary Company of Manufacturer for offered items along with the tender documents, where Telephone number, Fax number, E-mail with full mailing address must be submitted by the Tenderer as proven source of goods. Procuring entity reserves the right to check and verify the authorization letter of the supply of Transmitter.The Tenderer must submit a declaration letter with the offer and a confirmation letter from the Manufacturer or Direct Subsidiary Company of Manufacturer confirming that offered items must meet the design specification of the Existing instrument are new, unused, in good condition and will fit properly without any modification.Preferred brand name: Honeywell or Equivalent.
