Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. Tenderer Must have valid Trade license, Tax Identification Number (TIN) with latest income tax certificate and VAT registration number.2. General experience(work completion certificate) of theTenderer in the supply of goods shall be minimum 03 (three) years.3. The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least one (1) contract successfully completed within the last 03 (three) years, with a value of at least BDT 2,00,000.00 (Taka Two Lac Only).4. The minimum amount of liquid assets(certified by proper authority), net of other contractual commitments, i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be BDT 3,00,000.00 (Taka Three Lac Only).5. Last year tax return submission documents.6. Tenderer ownership must be same for the period from tender submission to bill payment.7. Warrenty Certificate for items as specified in Price Schedule.8. Do not need to submit any additional documents other than requirements.9. Other requirements/criteria as specified in TDS.
