Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. Up to date Trade Licence, Income Tax Certificate & Bank Solvency Certificate mentioning the requisite amount of Liquid Asset2. VAT Registration Certificate3. Brand, Type, Model & Country of Origin must be mentioned in the Technical Offer.4. Detailed Specifications must be mentioned in the Technical Schedule. 5. Preferrable Country of Origin : USA, Japan, Germany, UK or South Korea. Any other Country of Origin will also be taken into consideration.6. The Bidder must submit an Authorization Letter from the Manufacturer/Manufacturer-s Local Agent/Distributor along with the offer.7. In case of Local Agent-s/Distributor-s Authorization Letter, necessary Documents (Manufacturer-s Authorization Certificate in favor of them etc.) are to be submitted with valid/authentic email address of the Manufacturer for checking.8. Manufacturer-s original printed Catalogue (where the Product Data & Dimentional Drawing shall be provided) has to be submitted along with the offer.9. The Invoice/Challan issued by the Manufacturer/Manufacturer-s Local Agent/Distributor should be submitted at the time of delivery of the Goods.10. A Declaration from the Manufacturer about Interchangeable Replacement of the offered items should be submitted along with the Offer.11.
