Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. All items will be considered a lot.2. The Tenderer shall submit a declaration letter with the offer and a confirmation letter from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM)/ Manufacturer-s nominated Overseas Export House/ Trading House stating that the supplied product is New, Unused and in good condition at the time of goods delivery.3. Manufacturer-s name, model number (also marked in the catalog), Brand name and country of origin, port of shipment must be mentioned in the offer.4. Country of Origin (COO) Certificate must be submitted along with the goods.5. Model must be marked on the body of goods as per standard.6. The tenderer must submit a manufacturing confirmation certificate in terms of the goods strictly conforming to the quality and quantity stipulated and a manufacturer Calibration report (for Item No: 01 & 02) from the manufacturer with the detailed address, e-mail, telephone, website etc. at the time of goods delivery.7. The tenderer must submit the manufacturer's original catalogue in English indicating manufacturing code & standard for GPFPLC required materials along with the offer and original printed catalogue in English indicating manufacturing code & standard at the time of goods delivery.8.
