Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. The tenderer shall submit authorization letter (for item number 01 & 02) from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM)/ Manufacturer-s nominated Overseas Export House/ Trading House or Distributor for offered items along with the tender documents, where Telephone number, Fax number, E-mail with full mailing address must be submitted by the Tenderer as proven source of goods. Buyer reserves the right to check and verify the authorization letter.2. The Tenderer shall submit a declaration letter with the offer and a confirmation letter from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM)/ Manufacturer-s nominated Overseas Export House/ Trading House stating that the supplied product is New, Unused and in good condition at the time of goods delivery.3. Manufacturer-s name, model number (also indicate in the catalog), Brand name and country of origin, port of shipment must be mentioned in the offer.4. Country of Origin (COO) Certificate must be submitted along with the goods.5. Model must be marked on the body of goods as per standard.6. The tenderer must submit the manufacturer's original catalogue in English with indicating manufacturing code & standard for GPFPLC required materials along with the offer and original printed catalogue in English indicating manufacturing code & standard at the time of goods delivery.7.
