Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : All items will be considered a lot.The Tenderer must submit a declaration letter with the offer and a confirmation letter from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) or authorized entities of the OEM confirming that offered items must meet the design specification of the Existing instrument are new, unused, in good condition and will fit properly without any modification.The tenderer must submit a manufacturing confirmation certificate in terms of the goods strictly conforming to the quality and quantity stipulated and a manufacturer test report from the manufacturer with the detailed address at the time of material delivery.Manufacturer-s name, model number, brand name, country of origin and port of shipment must be clearly mentioned in the offer.Country of Origin (COO) Certificate must be submitted along with the goods.Model must be marked on the body of goods as per standard.The tenderer must submit the manufacturer's catalogue (also marked offered items) in English with indicating manufacturing code & standard for GPFPLC required materials along with the offer and original printed catalogue in English indicating manufacturing code & standard at the time of goods delivery.The Tenderer shall submit a declaration letter that the supplied items must be fully compiled as per technical specification and must match without any modification with GPFPLC existing system.01 (One) year... - Documents:
