Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. Up to date Trade Licence, Income Tax Certificate2. VAT Registration Certificate3. Up to date Bank Solvency mentioning the requisite amount of Liquid Asset4. Brand, Type, Model & Country of Origin must be mentioned along with the technical offer.5. Detailed Specifications must be mentioned in the Technical Schedule. If the Bidder writes ‘as per CUFL requirements- in the "Full Detailed Technical Specifications and Standards offered" Column, then his/her bid will be treated straightly non-responsive.6. The Bidder must submit Manufacturer-s/Distributor-s Authorization Letter along with the offer.7. In case of Distributor-s Authorization Letter, necessary Documents (Manufacturer-s Authorization Certificate in favor of them etc.) are to be submitted with valid/authentic email address of the Manufacturer for checking.8. Relevant Catalogue, Drawings, Technical Literature etc. have to be submitted along with the offer.9. For short/wrong supplied items, full responsibility will be on the supplier/local agent. The supplier/local agent will have to supply short/wrong supplied items upon custom clearence to CUFL warehouse.10. Bidder must submit relevant Drawings including Part Number from the manufacturer along with the technical proposal.11. Bidder must submit Quality Certificate issued by the Manufacturer at the time of delivery of the goods.12. Bidder must comment/declare on every technical term and condition clearly in their technical proposal/offer, otherwise the bid/offer will not be considered for evaluation.13. Delivery Period : 180 (One Hundred and Eighty) days from the issuance of Purchase Order.14. Successful bidder has to supply full quantities included in the Lot. Otherwise, full Performance Security will be forfeited.15. Partial delivery and Partial Payment are not allowed.
