Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. Contractor or Supplier having experience of doing the same nature of works;2. The minimum number of year of general experience is at least for five (5) years;3. The minimum specific experience for supply of printing materials is tk. 16.00 (Sixteen) Lac in a single work order within last three (3) years;4. Copy of updated Trade License, VAT registration, e-TIN certificate & updated income tax payment certificate to be submitted;5. Tender security is an amount of tk. 50,000/- (Fifty Thousand) to be submitted in favor of BHBFC as a bank draft/pay order in the e-GP system through Bank;6. Availability of minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the tenderer shall be Tk 17.00 (Seventeen) lac;7. The required average annual printing and supply turnover shall be greater than Tk. 17.00 (Seventeen) lac over the period may be the best three (3) years in the last five (5) years;8. Copy of NID of tenderer or Authorization letter of a person who will contact with the office of BHBFC including his/her NID.
