Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : 01. The bidder must have good/high quality decorative Showroom.02. The bidder must have favourable work environment/station.03. Skilled work force (manufacturer/binder/maker) to make diary, Desk Calender, NoteBooks with Covers & Slip Pads must be listed in the attachment.04. Minimum 10 years experience of the Bidder are required in the relevant field.05. Updated valid trade license, TIN certificate and income tax return certificate/slip should be attached.06. Working experience of Diary & Desk Calendar Printing completion against work order value of Tk. minimum 10.00 Lakh as a single lot of Open Tendering Mathod over a period at least 03 years in any govt./semi govt./statutory/autonomous organisation shall be reqiured.07. Average Turnover shall be greater than Tk. 950000.00 only over the last 05 years.08. Minimum liquid assets and working capital of the tenderer shall be Tk. 10,00,000.00 only.09. The minimum capacity shall be Tk. 11,00,000.00 only.10. For low quality/wrongly printing or if the selected bidder fails to supply the said Diary, Desk calendar, Note Book With Covers & Slip Pads in time (before 27-Feb-25), performance security can be forfeited with cancellation of the contract and will be black listed for life long and the corporation is not compelled to pay the bill.11. Total structure/quality of the Diary will be fixed as per sample/quality after receiving tender proposal examination/inspection.12. Attachent of the list and identity(NID Card) of the skilled Key-Person who will be engaged in working place/completed the work satisfactorily.13. Bidders must submit diary, desk calendar and demo of Slip pad (embossed with BPC logo) to BPC Secretary and upload submitted documents to e-GP.
