Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. The Procurement entity reserves the right to except or reject in part or whole or all tender without explanation.2. Minimum 05 years' experience in the Printing of Curriculum as a Tenderer and have at least 5 (Five) Work Order of Printing of Curriculum for Government/Autonomous/Defense or any public Sector of amount at least 35 lac. 3.Should provide last 05 years Trade License.4. Must have last 03 (Three) years financial audit report.5. Must have minimum amount of liquid asset in form of credit line or working capital of BDT 17.5 lac.6. Annual turnover for a minimum of BDT 2,62,50,000 Tk in last 3 years.7. Bidder to certify himself that they are not blacklisted or debarred by any Govt. or defense organization within Bangladesh regarding participating in tender or not listed as a debarred in CPTU-s website.8. Must have a valid up to date (i) Trade License (2023-24); (ii) VAT Registration Certificate & BIN Certificate as Supplier; (iii) e-TIN with updated Tax Certificate; (iv) Bank Solvency Certificate; (v) Certificate Incorporation (if applicable); (vi) Affidavit of Ownership (if applicable); (vii) Affidavit of legal capacity for authorized person; (viii) Bank Statement of last 01 (One) Year.(From 08/04/2023 to 08/04/2024). (ix) Press Declaration (x) BG press Enlistment (xi) Bangladesh Mudran Shilpa Samity (xii) Badhai Shamity (xiv) Fire & factory License Certificates. (xv) ISO Certificate. (xvi) own Content Writer, Proof Reader, Designer (CV & Certificate), printing press and 4 color offset Printing, Binding, Spot lamination machine setup09. Joint Venture is not allowed.10. Curriculum must be Machine proofed by at least 03 (Three) Times.
