Project Name : Project Implementation Unit. National Agricultural Technology program-Phase-II Project (NATP-2)
Information for Tenderer/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : 1) The maximum two number of arbitration against the Tenderer over a period of the last five years and the litigation cases shall not have negative impact on the financial capacity of the Tenderers. All pending litigation shall be treated as resolved against the Tenderers.2) The Tenderer shall have a minimum of Five years of overall experience in the supply of respective goods and related services.3) Tenderer must have experience in successfully supplying of respective goods and related services (Printing & Binding) amounting to minimum BDT. 10 (Ten) Lakhs under single contract within last five (5) years in Government organizations. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of this IFT in the e-GP system.4) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments is BDT 10,00,000.00 (Taka Ten Lakh only). Credit Facility Certificate issued by the Scheduled bank in favour of tenderer must mention the Tender Name & IFT No. and procuring entity and must not be 28 days before submission of this tender.5. The Tenderer shall submit with its e-Tender the following additional documents:a. Updated Trade license;b. VAT Registration Certificate;c. Updated Income Tax Certificate;d. Duly filled in Tenderer Information Sheet;
