  Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : All the tenderer must follow the PPR-2008 rules & regulationb. Following documents are to be submitted/uploaded;(I) Up-to-date Valid Trade License / e- trade License with clearance;(II) Up-to-date Income Tax clearance certificate with Acknowledgement Slip that proof the taxation clearance(2023-2024/2024-2025);(III) Up to date e-BIN (Vat) registration certificate with clearance up to February 2025;(IV) The specific experience as supplier in supply of similar nature goods of minimum 4 lakh under 01 (One) contracts successfully completed the last 5 years in the Government/ Semi- Government/Autonomous organizations.(V). The required average annual turnover i.e. total certified payments received for contracts in progress of completed from respective procuring entity shall be greater than Tk. 4 lacs over the last 5 years [ 2019-20, 2020-21,2021-22,2022-2023,2023-2024](VI). The minimum amount of liquid assets of working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be tk. 4 lac (This will be given by the proper format).(VII) Press declaration certificate of the concern press, Office Electricity Bill Paid Receipt (Up-to-date), House rent receipt (Up-to-date), Machineries Descriptions, Working facilities which associated with office premises.(VIII) The Tenderers must be enlisted of BG Press certificate (not before 2020) as well as relevant documents must be submitted in the e-Gp system.(IX) Press Declaration as well as relevant documents must be submitted in the e-Gp system.(X) Original catalogue or Brochures the said materials must be submitted in the e-Gp systemThe issue date of documents should be after the publication date of IFT in e-GP portal.
