Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : The Tenderer shall submit the following documents:a) National ID of Signatory Authorised Person and Tender Submission Letter;b) Signatory Authorization Letter to submit the Tender on behalf of Tenderer and Tenderer Information letter;c) The Tenderer shall have the Press Declaration and must be submitted along with the tender;d) The Tenderer must submit the graphic designers- academic certificate of bachelor in fine arts/NSDA level 02/ BTEB level-02/ in graphic designing or / Diploma engineering or higher degree in Graphic designing or printing;e) The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 5 (Five) years- experience in printing and supply of related goods;f) Valid Trade Licence Certificate;g) Valid Income Tax clearance certificate with TIN;h) Valid VAT Registration Certificate;i) Financial Solvency Certificate from any scheduled Bank;j) At the time of evaluation, TEC may ask participated responsive bidders to submit a sample copy (Blank Desk Flipchart to check the binding & paper/ board quality as per specification). The winner bidder work with respect to approved Desk Flipchart Copy.k) No bidders who participate by using others e-GP registration ID are acceptable.
