Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. Any individual (s) firms who fulfil the qualification(s) criteria of each package as stipulated in the setion-2 (TDS); section-4 (PCC), section-8 & other condition of the tender documents. Latest Govt. circulars on procurement of works will be applicable.2. The Tenderers will visit and examine the site with his own responsibility and expenses and obtain all information that may be necessary for preparing the Tender.3. Tenderer should submit their credit line facility/Liquid assets certificate according to attached format (Attached in section-7 in TDS). Without according to attached format tender declare as non-responsive.4. Quality & Quantity of works shall be checked by BWDB Task force Committee (When required). Taskforce measurement report, uploaded BWDB specification must be followed by the contractor. Block/Geo-bag rejected by the BWDB, Taskforce committee shall be dumped or placed without any additional payment.5. Payment shall be made subject to budget allocation & availability of fund but the work must be continued and proportionate progress must be achieved. Any claim for the late payments will not be entertained.6. The site of works is not acquired land of BWDB. No claim or compensation shall be entertained in this connection.
