Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : Special Instructions for Tenderer:1. All tenderer registered in e-gp portal system who fulfill the qualification criteria as stated in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS) and Tender Document are eligible.2. Detail Turnover Calculation sheet mentioning the Name of Work, PE name etc (Year wise over the last five years) duly signed by the Tenderer must be submitted with the tender.3. Payment will be made upon availability of fund. For this, no claim will be entertained.4. The tenderer MUST submit the Line of Credit from any scheduled bank of Bangladesh in the specified format.5. If any documents get corrupted and the evaluation team could not be able to open the file, no claim from the tenderer regarding the file will be entertained.6. VAT & IT from bill will be as per prevailing Government Rate. No extra claim will be entertained in this regard.7. Evaluation will be done following the latest Gazette/Circular from CPTU.8. Detailed list of work in hand/Ongoing works duly signed by the tenderer must be submitted.9. If any type of Structures/Obstacles is needed to dismantle to execute the work as per Design and Specification, the bidder will do this at his own cost and arrangement. No extra payment claim will be entertained in this regard.10. The tenderer must submit his NID Card.11. The work may be totally dropped, decreased or increased. No claim or extra rate will be entertained for cancellation of the tender or issuance of work order with decreased quantity of work.12. Only the certificates issuing from concern PE with detail information will be accepted for specific experience.13. Notification of Award (NOA) will be issued after Financial and Adminastrative approval from the competent Authority
