Eligibility of Tenderer : a) Contractors who are registered on e-GP web-portal and fulfill the qualification criteria stated in the tender document.b) Any individual (s) firm who fulfill the qualifications of the criteria stipulated in the tender data sheet (TDS) and other conditions of the Tender Document for Open Tendering Method (OTM).c) The Provisions laid down in the PPR-2008 and its Ammendments for procurement of works will be binding upon the contractors.d) The work may be totally dropped, Quantity may be increased or decreased; No claim or extra rate will be entertained against cancellation of the tender or issuance of work order with decreased quantity of work.e) Payment will be made subject to the availability of fund. No claim for extra payment will be entertained for delay of payment.f) The following procedures/booklets of BWDB shall be binding upon the contractors.i) Delegations of Financial Power of BWDB.ii) Technical Specification.iii) Comply with the instructions/office orders/circulars issued by BWDB.
