Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : a) eGP registered;b) The tenderers must comply the following conditions:(i) Provisions laid down in the "Public Procurement Act-2006" and "Public Procurement Rules- 2025" for procurement of works will be binding upon the contractors.(ii) The work may be totally dropped, Quantity may be increased or decreased; No claim or extra rate will be entertained against cancellation of the tender or issuance of work order with decreased quantity of work;(iii) Payment will be made subject to the availability of fund.
