Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1.Tenderers registered with e-gp fulfilling the requirements of the Tender Data Sheet and Particular Conditions of Contract are eligible for the tender. Tender Security shall be furnished in favour of Deputy Director, RAC, BWDB, Faridpur.2. Tenderer must submit similar nature work certificate,annual construction turnover certificate and liquid assets certificate3. Payment will be made after availability of fund.4. Any individual Tender/Bangladeshi Tenderer(s)/firm(s) who fulfill the qualification(s) criteria stipulated in the Tender Document PPA-2006 and PPR-2008.5. Tenderer must submit line of credit certificate in PW2A prescribed format which is to be uploaded in section 8.Strictly, Credit commitment(s) substantiated by any scheduled bank of Bangladesh in the specified format (PW2a-3) without alteration, issued not earlier than 28 days prior to the day of the original deadline for submission of the tender will be accepted. The format also uploaded at Section 8 of the Tender Document of this tender.6. All the information,clarification and documents submitted by the tenderer must comply with declaration given.7. Tenderer shall own or have proven access to hire or lease of the major construction equpments, in full working order (required documents must be submitted).8. In all cases BWDB technical specification must be followed, which is uploaded in section-8.
