Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. Payment of work will be made on available of budget & fund release.For this no Claim/interest of Delaying of Payment will be entertained.2. If any type of Structures/Obstracles is needed to dismantle to execute the work as per Design & Specification, the selected Contractor will do this at his own cost & arrangement. No Extra claim will be entertaintd in this regard.3. Representative still picture & video of prework & postwork of same location will be taken by contractor and submit to Procuring entity at contractor's own cost.4. The work of the package may be totally dropped, decreased or increased as per field condition/design for which no claim will be entertained for cancellation of the tender/Issuance of work order.5. Design may also be changed or modified (if required).6. Quantity/ quality may be ensure by taskforce or other agency or jointly as per instruction of Higher Authority or PE7.Cost of Interim and post work survey will be borne by the contractor. No extra claim will be entertained.8.After completion the Whole work final Measurement will be Taken.Final bill will be paid on the basis of Final measurement.
