Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : This invitation for Tenders is open to all eligible Tenderers as mentioned below :The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Sub-Contractor or Management Contractor shall be 05 (Five) yearsThe minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Sub-Contractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least 1 (one) contract successfully completed in Government /Semi-Government/Autonomous organization of Bangladesh within the last 03 years, with a value of at least BDT 5.0 Lakhs.The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than BDT 5.0 Lakhs over the best three (3) years of last five (5) years; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.The minimum amount of Unconditional liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be of BDT 6.0 Lakhs. If tenderer submit liquid asset document, he must be declared a statement over through bank that tenderer will expends that liquid asset for the execution of that particular work (Name of the work). Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender in e-GP.The minimum Tender capacity shall be BDT 7.0 Lakhs.Valid VAT Registration certificate & Updated Income Tax Clearance certificate, Trade License.More detail information are mentioned in the tender document.The tenderer must possess all other conditions in TDS, PCC, ITT and all necessary documents must submit in e-PW2(a) format.
