Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. The tenderer must have Valid and up to dated Trade license, Vat registration and Income Tax certificate.2. Tenderer Should have solid Bank Solvency and Bank Statement reflecting minimum 18 (Eighteen) lakh Taka as a liquid asset.3. Tenderer should submit proper documents against 15 (Fifteen) Lakh Taka annual turnover.4. Tenderer should at least one experience on supplying related Items (Oil injected/ oil free INSTRUMENT Air Compressor , min. flow rate 10 cubic meter/min, pressure 7-10bar) consumables filters, separators, lube oil, seal, valves etc.) of an amount of minimum 20 (Twenty) Lakh Taka.5. Tenderer must submit Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Authorization Certificate and technical data sheet including drawing and specifications of Oil-injected Air Compressor from OEM.6. If the offered item/equipment is not from OEM(Jucai, China), technical documents, drawings, specification and test report will be crossed checked with those of OEM. In case of any discrepancy found, the tenderer will be considered as non-responsive.7. If the offered item/equipment is not from OEM (Jucai, China), tenderer must submit at least one end user certificate of satisfactory performance of proposed items for one year in the specific Oil-injected Air Compressor (model: JYFC100HHA(Jucai brand)) (min. flow rate 13.9cubic meters/min, pressure 10bar).8.
