Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. Tenderer(s) forming JVCA in accordance with respective clauses stated in the tender document and as per latest circular issued by CPTU vide memo no. IMED/CPTU/262/2011-1192 dated 26/07/2015 mayparticipate in the tender.2. The tenderer(s) must fulfill the following requirements.(a) A minimum general construction experience of 05 years as mentioned in TDS.(b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least 01(One) contract(s) of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last 5(Five) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 8.00 Crore under Public fund. Years counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper. The P. C. Girder Bridge or 20m Length R. C. C. Girder Bridge shall be treated as similar Nature of works.(c) Average annual Construction Turnover of Tk. 10.00 Crore over Last 5 years from IFT.(d) Minimum Credit Line facility Tk. 3.00 crore.(e) Minimum Tender capacity of Tk. 11.25 crore.(f) Requirement of lead partner of JVCA shall be (a) At least 1(one) contract having 100% experienceasmentioned in clause.(g) All other criteria stated in the TDS.3. All Tenderers/JVCA should mention their full name in the document/contract documents of thetender.4. Any Tenderer will submit any false document supporting their qualifying criteria will be declared Nonresponsive and actions will be taken as per PPR-2008.
