Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : All e-GP registered potential tenderers are eligible to submit tender provided may fulfilled the criteria in respect of legal, technical & financial are describe in the TDS (Tender Data Sheet) of tender document.(1) A satisfactory completion of similar nature of Plane Table Survey, Channel Cross Section & Sub-soil investigation works at least Tk. 10.00 lac (Ten Lac BDT) under a single contract over a period of 5 (five) years shall be required (Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System).(2) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 80.00 lac (Tk. Eighty lac only) over the last 5 (Five) years. [years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP website](3) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be minimum Tk 15.00 lac (Tk. Fifteen lac Only) .Note: In liquid Asset Certificate & submitted update authorized letter must mentioned this tender ID and / or the name of work.(4) The minimum capacity shall be: 13.00 Lac BDT (Thirteen Lakh Tk. Only).(5) Certificate from Survey of Bangladesh (SoB) to perform topography survey work has to be submitted.(6) If any tenderer's quoted amount (Grand Total) which is more than 5% lower than the estimated cost showed in APP, then he/she must submit the rate analysis of all items.(7) Documents regarding annual construction turnover must be submitted in the form of year-wise payment certificate from the respective PEs or from the income Tax office .(8) Necessary informations are described in Tender Documents.
