Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : Tenderers shall have the following up to date valid Trade License, Income Tax certificate and VAT certificate with TIN and BIN number. Tenderer shall have current & valid enlistment certificate under category 1.3 with Petrobangla or its distribution or transmission companies. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the gas pipeline construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor shall be 7 (Seven) years.The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor in gas distribution pipeline construction works under Petrobangla or its distribution or transmission companies of minimum 3.0 Km x 4" dia or higher dia gas distribution pipeline with 50 (+10/-10) psig under 1.3 category enlishment in 01 (one) contract with a value BDT. 60,00,000/- (Sixty lakh) within the last 7 (Seven) years.The required average annual construction turnover under public sector shall be greater than BDT. 50,00,000/- (Fifty Lakh) of best 3(Three) years over the last 5 (five) years.The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be BDT. 40,00,000/- (Forty Lakh).The Tender Validity period shall be 120 (One Hundred Twenty) days.The amount of the Tender Security shall be BDT. 3,00,000/- (Three Lakh).All other terms and conditions are s...
