Description:
The consultancy will support Bangladesh-s land administration modernization by piloting integrated land parcel mapping and mass property valuation in a selected area of Dhaka South. The scope includes: (i) an inception workshop to agree on workplan and capacity-building needs; (ii) a case study documenting South Korea-s land administration and mass valuation systems and lessons for Bangladesh; (iii) development and testing of a scalable, semi-automated pilot covering parcel mapping, land data integration, unique parcel identification, mass valuation, and revenue impact simulation; and (iv) capacity building through a study visit to South Korea and in-country training.Key deliverables comprise an inception report, a Korea case study report, integrated spatial and fiscal datasets, a pilot mass valuation model with benchmark and revenue analysis, a final report with policy recommendations and indicative investment plan, presentation materials, and completion of the study visit and training with a capacity-building report.
