  Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : General Information:i). Contractors who are registered on the e-GP web portal and fulfill the qualification criteria stated in the Tender Document.ii). Contractors who are qualified as per PPR-2025 and its amendments and any other government rules applicable.iii). The work may be dropped, quantity may be increased/ decreased. No claim for cancellation or extra rate for increased/ decreased quantity will be entertained.iv). Payment will be made only subject to the availability of fund. No claim for extra payment due to delay of payment will be entertained.Other Qualifications:i). The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works shall be 05 years.ii). The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least 01 contract(s) of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology (i.e. Permanent Protective work)successfully completed within the last 5 years.iii). The required average annual construction turnover shall have the last 05 years.iv).
