  Eligibility of Tenderer : All Bangladeshi National tenderers regardless of whether enlisted or not enlisted with the employer may submit Tenders provided that they are qualified as per Qualification Criteria Specified in the clause no.4 of Instructions to Tenderer (ITT) in the Tender Document and must be registered in the e-GP system under appropriate user category of procurement process.provided that they are qualified as per Qualification Criteria Specified in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS) of the Tender Document.Note 1 TThe tenderers must have his own or have proven access to hire or lease Asphalt Batching Plant as specified in ITT 18.1 within the jurisdiction of RHD Cumilla Zone.Note 2: It is mentioned here that during evaluation tenderers ongoing work performance (ADP works or PMP works ) under cumilla zone will be considered as Determinet of Responsive.Note 3.Tenderer's rates must be logical with the Prevailing market price. If any tenderer submit rate which is 5% (Five percent) lower or higher than the official estimated cost he/she must submit rate analysis in favour of his/her submitted rate .
