Eligibility of Tenderer : The following instruction to be followed by all concerned/tenderers.1. The Tenders will be evaluated as per submitted documents in the e-GPsystem, Conditions of STD as per PPR-2008, Rules 98 & others relevantrules of PPR-2008.2. Only necessary documents to be submitted. Submission of unnecessarydocuments are strictly discouraged.3. If any submitted documents are proved false at any stage of evaluationprocess, the tenderers shall be considered as non-responsive.4. Non-submission of ongoing work under any PE organizations that affect thetender evaluation process will be considered as non-eligibility of the tenderer.5. The tenderers will have to submit year wise payment list as per attachedsheet in General Specification of ITT Clause 16.1(a).6. Ongoing works of RHD/other organization to be submitted as per Table-Aof ITT Clause 16.1 (d) in TDS.7. Calculated Tender capacity along with Supporting documents to besubmitted as per ITT Clause 16.1(d) in TDS.8. If the total quoted price is more than 10% (Ten percent) less or above thanthe APP Estimate, the tenderer shall submit item wise Analysis of Rates insupport of his quoted rate.9. If corrupt, fraudulent, collusive, coercive, or obstructive practices of any kindare determined against any tenderer, then measures shall be taken followingRules 127 of PPR-2008 & relevant clause of STD.
