Eligibility of Tenderer : i) Any / All tenderers who have registered in e-GP system may participate in the tender provided that they fulfill the criteria as stated in Tender Document.To submit e-Tender, registration in the National e-GP System portal (http://www.eprocure.gov.bd) is required. ii) All tenderers whether enlisted or not with the employer may submit Tenders provided that they are qualified as per Qualification Criteria Specified in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS) of the Tender Document. iii) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 03 (three) years. Years will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper iv) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of a nature, complexity and methods/construction technology similar to the proposed Works in at least 01(one) Single Contract of similar nature and complexity and methods/construction technology of Flexible pavement work including Earthwork, Concrete Slope Protection,RCC Retainig Wall, Saucer Drain /U-Drain, Sign signal etc. work successfully completed within the last 10 (Ten) years with a value of at least tk. 800.00 lakh.Years will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in the nespaper. v) Others Qualification Criteria Specified in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS) of the Tender Document.
